You likely have:

  • 3+ years of experience in client management, marketing management, or account coordination.

Position Overview

Your priority will be managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure their marketing objectives are met with outstanding results. As a part-time or full-time Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between our clients and the HexaHive team, facilitating seamless communication and project coordination. You’ll oversee the development and execution of client projects, ensuring they align with both the client’s goals and our strategic direction.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in being an ongoing marketing partner to various organizations across the Midwest.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel valued throughout the partnership.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and aligning them with agency services.
  • Act as the bridge between the client and the HexaHive team, facilitating effective communication to ensure transparency and clarity in all project activities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project reports and status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Collaborate with strategists and other team members to develop and refine marketing strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Provide strategic insights during client meetings and actively contribute to the development of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to client management, such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and documenting discussions and action items.
  • Maintain and update project management tools and client databases to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project activities.
  • Gather client feedback to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables meets both client expectations and agency standards, coordinating revisions and adjustments as needed.
  • Execute various marketing duties in alignment with strategy.
