You know how to keep projects on track, and you’re confident working with a team to see things through. Balancing big ideas with practical actions comes naturally to you.
You likely have:
- 5+ years of marketing experience to instill confidence in this role.
- A relevant associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Experience leading projects or teams to success.
Position Overview
Your main role will be to guide our clients by helping them choose the right marketing focus areas and then working with our team to bring these ideas to life. As a full-time or part-time Account Manager, you’ll work with clients and the HexaHive team to plan, organize, and oversee projects. If relationship building and finding creative solutions energize you, this role could be a great fit!
What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main contact for our clients and lead project teams in making marketing campaigns successful. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main contact for clients, making sure they feel heard, valued, and that their needs are met.
- Helping clients figure out the best areas to focus on for their marketing goals.
- Collecting and understanding information about trends, customers, and competitors to keep our projects effective and relevant.
- Working with clients and the HexaHive team to choose, plan, and track the best marketing actions to meet their needs.
- Leading and assigning tasks to your project teams, keeping things moving, and making sure everyone stays on track.
- Testing and exploring new ways to improve results and reach audiences.
- Reviewing results and suggesting any adjustments to keep projects on target.
- Sharing updates and insights to keep clients in the loop and build trust.
