  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Are able to work independently (with a team-centric mindset), take ownership of tasks, and manage small projects.
  • Have experience or interest in leading marketing campaigns and reporting.

  • Marketing Assistant: Focuses on supporting day-to-day operations, executing assigned tasks, and keeping projects organized.
  • Marketing Coordinator: Manages and coordinates project deliverables with greater autonomy, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Coordinators take on more leadership responsibilities, including overseeing smaller campaigns and making strategic contributions.

What You’ll Do

  • Meeting Support and Recaps:
    • Attend client and internal meetings with Strategy and Account Management, take detailed notes, and provide actionable recaps.
    • Document follow-ups and ensure action items are communicated and assigned to the appropriate team members.
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Task Management:
    • Enter tasks and deadlines into the project management system, ensuring smooth task flow and progress tracking.
    • Monitor task completion and follow up with Account Managers and other team members to maintain momentum.
    • Coordinators: Manage small projects and oversee task flow independently.
  • Marketing Execution:
    • Assist in executing marketing tasks such as scheduling social media posts, preparing email campaigns, and updating client materials.
    • Collaborate with team members and vendors for marketing deliverables.
    • Coordinators: Take ownership of marketing initiatives, managing campaign elements, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Reporting and Document Preparation:
    • Gather and organize data for client reports, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Help prepare presentations, marketing plans, and other materials for meetings with clients.
    • Coordinators: Analyze data and contribute insights to improve campaigns.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Serve as a liaison between the Account Manager and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
    • Track client feedback and assist with project adjustments to maintain alignment with strategic goals.
